Welcome to our Terms, Conditions & Frequently Asked Questions section:

Take a moment to review our purchase terms, conditions and other important details. As a small flower farm, we're excited to share our cultivars and seeds with you.

- All tubers are shipped displaying eyes, carefully divided and stored over winter. Ready to plant upon arrival, ensure you plant after the last risk of frost in your area.

- Tubers are shipped in order of placement, and local pickup customers will be contacted for the most convenient time.

- Stock is limited; confirmation occurs upon payment.

- Dahlia growing depends on variables like weather, soil, pests, and disease. The responsibility for successful growth lies with the purchaser.

- Cultivars are personally grown and divide here at Valley View Flowers, with precautions taken for health of plants/tubers. However, no refunds or replacements are offered for plants that fail to thrive in new environments.

- Valley View Flowers hold no responsibility for tubers post shipping.

- Shipping can NOT be combined for multiple orders. At least one shipping fee should be selected unless picking up directly from our farm.

- Local farm pickup is available for Coolah residents

SEEDS

All seeds are hand-harvested and packed on the farm. Please store them in a cool, dry place until sowing and follow the instructions on this website. The packaging tins are recyclable. You are responsible for the growth of your seeds. Valley View Flowers takes no responsibility for seed growth once they are in your care.

DAHLIA TUBERS

Dahlia tubers will be available for purchase online after dividing is completed in Winter. Our entire catalog remains online and is updated throughout the year with new varieties for reference. If a variety becomes unavailable during dividing, it will be marked as not available or removed from the site.

Tubers will not be shipped until eyes are clearly visible to ensure viability. Shipping begins in October. If a variety you ordered doesn’t make it through storage, you will be contacted for a refund—no substitutions will be made. If there’s any issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately (with photos) within a week for resolution. Valley View Flowers takes no responsibility for the tubers or their growth once they are in your care. Monitor your tubers during storage to ensure they remain viable.

Tubers should not be planted until all risk of frost has passed. All Dahlia tubers from Valley View Flowers are grown, harvested, sorted, and packaged on our farm, ensuring quality. If there is any concern about mislabeled cultivars once flowering, please contact us for resolution.

- We ship within Australia only, excluding TAS, WA, and NT due to quarantine restrictions.
